Firstly, I would like to point out – I am no Scientist!
I have decided to journey to Copenhagen for the COP15 Climate Change Summit. I think it’s a big issue. Whether you believe it is happening or not, what is decided here will most likely affect you in some way. I’m here to learn more about it, so I’ve set up this blog to record what I find out. I’m not invited to the official delegation, I’m here to attend Klimaforum, which is where the experts congregate to talk direct to the public, as opposed to the Politicians.
I’m not an expert, so I can’t say for sure, but I believe man-made Climate Change is happening.
Of course, we may act on Climate Change, and in 50 years time realise I was wrong. But if we wake up in a world that is sustainable, unpolluted and my kids don’t have to look at stuffed Koalas, I’m happy to give you your 5 bucks.
The other option of not acting, means we could all be up shit creek if I’m right.
